The Balinese have worked hard to promote their island and enjoy high number of visitors who come for the beautiful scenery, colorful street life and golden beaches. It prefers to keep tourists away from the village where they alive and many of the main luxury hotels have been built on some of the uninhabited islands. The islands are popular with divers, who like to explore the coral reefs and their shoals of brightly colored tropical fish. Millions of people flock to Egypt every year to see the pyramids and other remains of the country’s ancient past such as the tombs in the valleys of the kings and queens and the temples at Karnak and Luxor.
